Project Collaboration
Projects are presented on various levels, and there are some projects that bring that little bit of extra excitement to be a part of. Finding motivated people to engage in these projects becomes a sequential part of business and watching the proper expertise arise to complete the required tasks is truly a privilege to watch as they are completed.

ABOUT
Founded along the Australian eastern coastline of South East Queensland in 2017, director Norman Bartie has grown steadily in stature as a respected contractor of major construction projects. As the newly formed company develops, it does so through a retained tradition of quality and business integrity established by the founding partners, although the faces and methods have changed over the years. With a history that extends over a 25 year period in the construction industry and a far longer connection to Australia's ancient land, and rich, beautiful culture.
As a witness of the construction movement across three decades along the east coast, and through to the western towns of Australia, ILHA has been in the forefront of development and change across local communities and the business world. With a large construction background and connection to land ILHA also brings to the table a point of difference that accentuates the abilities of workers, employers and community through wellness and culture that promotes wellbeing in business and the flow on effect to community.
The small but very efficient and passionate team at ILHA come from very diverse and professional backgrounds. ILHA is the sister company to Aliveness In You Wellness from Byron Bay and the Gold Coast which coincides programs with local community, government and wonderful organisations specialising in youth personal development programs, right through to individualised programs for clients facing sickness, divorce, addictions, domestic violence, suicide and so forth. The approach to integrate labour hire and wellness is something that has met its difficulties but something in the construction industry that most companies are attempting and some succeeding in, finding balance through a 'workplace culture' based on an autonomous relationship approach.
